What if I forget to add my discount code before completing my purchase??
We are unable to apply a discount after a purchase has been completed.

How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
We work diligently to ship all orders within 3-5 business days of receipt. Shipping times may vary due to availability, weekends, and holidays. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation. We anticipate high volume of orders during the holiday season, so please allow extra time for processing and shipping. We are closed on weekends and major U.S. holidays.

How long before my order arrives?
Shipments within the continental United Stated typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping.

International orders can often take 3-5 weeks to be delivered depending on local customs policies and regulations. Shipping and customs regulations require that we state the value of the order in its entirety directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of customs to release your package. Any and all applicable customs taxes, duties and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Furthermore, we are not liable for any additional holding times or incorrect shipping information provided.

My order is missing, HELP!?!
We do our best to verify addresses before shipping and we ask you to do the same at checkout. If we ship your order exactly as entered at checkout it is the sole responsibility of USPS, or other carrier to deliver it to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and we will work with you to contact your local post office in the event of lost packages. Due to the increase of package them we encourage you to contact your carrier if you do not plan to be home for delivery asking them to hold your package for pickup.

How do I return an item?
If you find yourself not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your order to us within 14 days for store credit; for the full purchase price minus shipping. All returned items must be in the original state you received them in, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Items returned smelling of smoke or other materials will not be accepted.  All hats, underwear, and socks are FINAL SALE.  For further explanation please visit our Returns & Exchanges.

My tracking number is invalid or unavailable?
It is normal for tracking numbers not to show up in the carriers system for several hours, some as long as 24 hours. This can be extended on holidays and weekends. If you continue to experience issues tracking your order please feel free to email us at support@chronic.style with your order number and a detail of the issue.

Do you offer holiday gift returns or exchanges?
All order placed between November 20th and December 25th will be given an extended return period of 45 days from date of purchase.
